Hot blast stove acid-resistant spray coating
Due to the long-term exposure to acidic high-temperature hot air, the top and bottom of the hot blast stove eventually lead to a decrease in the strength of the protective layer of the hot blast stove shell and damage. The hot-blast furnace acid-resistant spray coating can withstand the acid gas erosion and fall off during long-term use due to its unique acid-resistant gas erosion resistance. The hot-blast furnace acid-proof spray coating produced by our company is made up of refractory aggregate and powder, plus various additives and chemical agent. This product can be applied to the hot air duct of the hot blast stove, the top of the hot blast stove, the blast furnace throat, the furnace body and so on.
