Main components:

Our company produces eco-friendly stemming for tap hole of large, medium and small iron-making blast furnaces, using brown corundum, silicon carbide, bauxite clinker, coke, pyrophyllite, ferrosilicon nitride as the main raw materials, using mixed liquid of import resin and special binder made by our company as final binder to mix, roller compaction and squeeze out.

Main features:

Our company can adjust the production process according to the relevant technical parameters of blast furnace to meet the requirements of different blast furnaces and different operating environments. The products have the following characteristics:

1.    This environmentally friendly gun mud produces trace flue gas in the process of using, with very little irritating odor, which reduces the physical injury to the workers in front of the furnace, reduces the pollution to the environment and improves the working environment in front of the furnace.

2.    In the process of using the waterless gun mud, the iron ditch is good for feeding mud and basically does not emit mud; the iron mouth is easy to open, no iron leakage, the phenomenon of chaotic iron ditch is less, and the iron ditch is easy to dry, which can greatly promote the production of blast furnace and reduce the labor intensity of workers in front of the furnace.

3.    The waterless gun mud has good working performance, easy extrusion from the mud gun, high filling density and good fast sintering performance. It can reach a certain sintering strength in a short time and fully meet the requirement of short time interval or even no interval for iron production.

4.    During the use of the waterless gun mud, the iron tapping condition is stable, the corrosion resistance to molten iron and slag is strong, and the iron tapping and slag tapping condition is good, especially for the simultaneous discharge of hot metal and slag from large blast furnaces.
