Design and manufacture of steel shell: According to the capacity of the blast furnace, the size of the casting house, and the requirements of the customers, our company can make a reasonable layout and design of the entire tapping runner. After the customer agrees on the plan, the steel shell is made, and then the yellow sand is used to level the main runner, the iron runner branch, and the slag runner. Finally, the steel shell is installed.

Various refractory materials used inside the steel shell: After the steel shell is installed, the interior is cleaned, and then a layer of refractory brick is built on the bottom and side of the steel shell. After the refractory brick is completed, the main runner, iron runner branch, the slag runner mold are placed and fixed. Next, different runners are poured by using iron main runner, iron falling position, iron runner branch, slag runner, skimmer, and swinging chute working lining castable. The main ditch is first poured and then iron runner branch and slag runner are poured.

Refractory used outside the steel shell: The outer part of the steel shell can be casted with permanent lining castable. The permanent lining castable can maintain the heat preservation effect. At the same time, if the steel shell is burned through, the molten iron can be prevented from flowing out to the bottom of the furnace table or other parts of the furnace table for a certain period of time.

Water-granulated slag runner ceramic wear-proof materials: The water-granulated slag runner ceramic wear-proof material produced by our company combined high-quality corundum ceramic wear-resistant material with tailor-made alloy by inlaying mode, which can extend its service life to more than 6 years.

Refractory used for repairing and maintaining iron runner: When the iron runner needs to be partially repaired, the iron runner spray material can be used to spray the iron runner in thermal condition, which is convenient for construction and shorts construction time. When the main runner is in the later stage, the front part of the main runner can be poured with quick-drying castable, which takes only about 1 hour. The iron runner ramming mass can also be used for partial repair of the iron runner, and the construction is convenient.
