Press-in lining-making solution for blast furnace and hot blast stove repair

Our company's press-in lining-making method is to use the blast furnace's regular wind-off time to keep the blast furnace's hot state in the case of the blast furnace without stopping the furnace, drilling holes in the furnace shell or using the existing holes to pressurize the refractory A lining repairing process in which the material is pressed into the inner wall of the blast furnace wall to solidify and sinter and firmly bond with the lining or the cooling wall on the inner side of the furnace wall. The repairing process can be used in the gap between the blast furnace and the hot blast furnace lining and the furnace shell, the gap between the cooling wall and the furnace shell, the gap between the blast furnace air vent and the furnace shell, the gap between the taphole and the slag furnace shell and the refractory lining, and the like. By pressing in the lining, the lining can be evenly worn and maintained at a certain thickness, thereby preventing the furnace shell and the cooling device from being thermally deformed or damaged due to the damage of the lining, and preventing the brickwork hurricane caused by the damage of the lining, and simultaneously Because this technology has fast maintenance speed, can quickly restore smelting, extend the life of the blast furnace, and is economical and reliable, it can be used as a technical method for regular repair of blast furnaces, and can also be used as an emergency treatment method for accidents.

Main ingredients of the product:

The refractory materials used in our company's press-in method are mainly alumina, silicon carbide, flint clay, carbon, and phenolic resin used as binder. The main chemical components are Al2O3, SiO2, SiC and C. It has certain advantages over water-bonded refractories. When the water-based bonded press material is repaired, the temperature of the lining is high, the moisture quickly evaporates, and the repair layer is easily foamed and detached, resulting in repairing not dense and easy to peel off. Our company's phenolic resin combined press material can effectively solve this defect. Especially for large blast furnaces, in order to be safe, efficient, and improve the utilization rate of repair materials, the use of phenolic resin as a binder is more advantageous than the use of water-based bonding materials.

Main construction technology:

1. Through the temperature measurement of the furnace shell and the thickness of the perforated side, select the surrounding or upper part of the redness of the furnace shell to open the hole.

2. Weld the short pipe at the opening of the furnace shell, secure the ball valve and the quick pipe joint, and then connect the opening and the press machine with a pipe.

3. Press the configured press material into the furnace through the high pressure by using a press machine. At this time, the charge in the furnace acts as a baffle, and the material is pressed from the inside to make the press material expand between the lining and furnace charge and quickly bond to the lining.

4. Under the action of the furnace temperature, the pressed material will harden quickly, repair the lining of the erosion and fall off, form a refractory protective layer around the press-in hole, block the convection passage of the gas in the lining, and maintain stability. The thickness of the lining maintains the normal production of the blast furnace and extends the life of the blast furnace.

Product and technical advantages:

1. Due to the combination of resin and water, the performance and construction performance of the press material are greatly improved compared with the water system and the press material is greatly improved.

2. Pressing into the lining can periodically repair a small area of the blast furnace damaged lining according to the time of the wind, reduce the consumption of refractory materials, economical and reliable, and extend the life of the blast furnace.

3. Pressing into the lining can partially repair the weak parts of the blast furnace lining according to the regular tempering time of the blast furnace. The lining is stabilized at a certain thickness, thus preventing the special damping down or furnace shutdown caused by the large area damage of the lining, and even causing accidents. Steel mills caused significant economic losses.

4. High construction safety: no need for workers to enter the blast furnace, only by drilling holes in the furnace shell or using the existing holes to press the slurry refractory into the inner wall of the blast furnace wall, thus avoiding the occurrence of staff gas poisoning, falling, bruising, bruises and other accidents.
